In 1924 Evrard invented the first lollipop ˇV the candy cane flavored and colored shaped spearhead, a wooden stick, which allows enjoying the candy without dirtying your fingers. Famous for its display, a head of Pierrot is still used today. The company is also the first to wrap the sweets in the printed paper.
